Having worked alongside the original owner for 3 years before purchasing The City Creamery, Charlie learned the unique craft to perfecting homemade Ice Cream with just rock salt and ice. Austin (Charlie's nephew) and Chelsea (Austin's wife) have both been a part of the food industry for the last 10+ years, and together, the three of them built an empire. Having understood that having a great product is only the half of it, the three have instilled great customer service throughout the business, in each shop, and in every employee who joins the team
